Package "BASIC"

The package provides all the necessary drawings and specifications for repair and construction work, including clear mapping of all existing and planned communications on the plans. Recommendations for the selection of finishing materials and furniture for further implementation of the project are included.

Package "MEDIUM"

The package includes all the elements from the basic package, but with a more detailed approach to design. This option provides more precise recommendations on materials, furniture and design, as well as a higher degree of elaboration of layouts and technologies.

Advanced solutions for comprehensive design and interior development.

COMPOSITION Basic:

Part 1:

  1. Dimensional drawing with reference to utility lines (provided by the customer).

  2. Approved layout.​

 

Features: 2-3 revisions are possible at this stage

Part 2:

  1. Partition and utility line demolition plan.

  2. Partition plan with references to window and door openings.

  3. Premises plan after redevelopment with dimensions.

  4. Plumbing equipment layout plan (with references and installation drawings).

  5. Lighting fixtures, lighting points and switches layout plan with light fixture groups.

  6. Ceiling plan with material type and components.

  7. Lighting equipment specification.

  8. Plan for sockets and electrical outlets layout.

  9. Air conditioning system layout with references to routes and grilles.

  10. Electric floor heating layout plan with references to the controller.

  11. Explication of floor coverings (with areas and article numbers of materials).

  12. Wall layout with tile layout (dimensions, area, material).

  13. List of finishing materials.

 

Features: After completion of design work, 2-3 revisions of the documentation are possible.

COMPOSITION Medium:

Part 1:

  1. Dimensional drawing with utility lines (provided by the customer).

  2. Approved layout.

 

Features: 2-3 revisions are possible at this stage.

 

Part 2:

  1. Partition and utility line demolition plan.

  2. Partition plan to be erected.

  3. Premises plan after redevelopment with dimensions.

  4. Plumbing equipment placement plan.

  5. Lighting fixtures and switches placement plan.

  6. Ceiling plan with detailing.

  7. Lighting equipment specification.

  8. Plan for sockets and electrical outlets placement.

  9. Air conditioning system plan.

  10. Floor coverings explication.

  11. Wall layout with tile layout.

  12. List of finishing materials.

 

Features: 2-3 documentation revisions are possible after design work is completed.

 

Part 3:

  1. Additional wall elevations and drawings of built-in furniture and kitchen.

  2. Equipment specifications (lighting, plumbing, finishing materials).

  3. Explanatory note with a list and sequence of works.
